The TAG Functional Trainer offers outstanding exercise variation capabilities. The commercial-rated constructive features a heavy-gauge steel frame. A durable powder coat finish in either black or silver is added to each machine to protect your equipment. Maintenance is kept to a minimum with sealed, self-lubricated bearings on all the adjustable pulleys. Just add commercial-rated cables and this unit laughs at harsh workout settings. Functional training machines provide an almost unlimited amount of movements to chose from. Better yet, if you don't like any of the existing movements you can create your own. This unit allows 22 different height positions through its adjustable, pivoting pulleys. In this way, it can provide workout resistance across the high, low and mid-range. Adding a bench in combination with this unit further increases your exercise options.
Two 210 lb weight stacks that work on a 1:2 resistance ratio are at the core of the TAG Fitness Functional Training Machine. This allows you to move through the range of motion faster without producing much weight stack speed but does cut the actual resistance in half. This resistance ratio is ideal for athletic movements, fast-twice muscle fiber targeting, low exercise starting weight, and physical therapy needs. This unit also includes accessory storage hooks, protective backside weight stack shrouds, a middle anchor for suspension training, a multi-grip pull-up bar, and instructional exercise placards for unsupervised fitness settings.
