Free Shipping:
Sunburst Fitness Supply offers free shipping on the majority of our products within the continental US. The primary exception to free shipping are free weights such as most dumbbells and weight plates. This was a choice made on purpose so that our customers can more readily see what they are really paying for instead of simply raising the price of these products like others do. By doing so, we are able to lower the price of these products even further.

We currently have an A rating from the Better Business Bureau due to our commitment to customer service. The only reason it isn't an A+ is because we need one more year of operation to receive the last points needed.

Sunburst Fitness Supply uses SSL encryption for all order transactions which means that your credit card information is safe through the entire process. We don't stop through though as our entire store is protected by SSL encryption which means that you are always protected. We have also partnered with TrustedSite to provide extra assurance that in the unlikely event something does go wrong, you are still protected.
Financing Options:
Sunburst Fitness Supply offers two different financing options for orders currently. We offer 6 months no interest financing through PayPal Credit. Simply choose PayPal during checkout, then select PayPal Credit to apply. We also offer Klarna which has multiple financing options depending on what you are buying. In many cases, this is also a no interest financing option. To use it, simply choose Klarna during checkout to apply.
Authorized Dealer:
Sunburst Fitness Supply is an authorized dealer for every product we carry. What this means is that you are protected by the full manufacturer warranty for every purchase. Buying from an unauthorized dealer can leave you out of luck when something goes wrong with your new equipment. With us, you have the peace of mind that if anything is wrong with your equipment, the manufacturer will stand with us to get it fixed.
