Sunburst Fitness Supply is not a general store that sells everything under the sun. We sell one type of product and one only, fitness equipment. And not just any fitness equipment -- great equipment that will make a difference at home, in your facility, or wherever you need it. We carefully select the products that will most effectively help our customer's on their fitness journey. We become very familiar with the equipment that will best server our customers' needs and as such are not out just to make a sale. We can be relied on to also offer input, advice and tips on equipment, workouts and anything else dealing with your fitness journey. We want to see our customers succeed in their journey and support them in this as much as possible.
Sunburst Fitness Supply offers free shipping on the majority of our products within the continental US. The primary exception to free shipping are free weights such as most dumbbells and weight plates. This was a choice made on purpose so that our customers can more readily see what they are really paying for instead of simply raising the price of these products like others do. By doing so, we are able to lower the price of these products even further.
We want you to have an amazing shopping experience with us. If something is not right, we will do everything we can to fix it!
We currently have an A rating from the Better Business Bureau due to our commitment to customer service. The only reason it isn't an A+ is because we need one more year of operation to receive the last points needed.
Sunburst Fitness Supply uses SSL encryption for all order transactions which means that your credit card information is safe through the entire process. We don't stop through though as our entire store is protected by SSL encryption which means that you are always protected. We have also partnered with TrustedSite to provide extra assurance that in the unlikely event something does go wrong, you are still protected.
Sunburst Fitness Supply offers two different financing options for orders currently. We offer 6 months no interest financing through PayPal Credit. Simply choose PayPal during checkout, then select PayPal Credit to apply. We also offer Klarna which has multiple financing options depending on what you are buying. In many cases, this is also a no interest financing option. To use it, simply choose Klarna during checkout to apply.
Sunburst Fitness Supply is an authorized dealer for every product we carry. What this means is that you are protected by the full manufacturer warranty for every purchase. Buying from an unauthorized dealer can leave you out of luck when something goes wrong with your new equipment. With us, you have the peace of mind that if anything is wrong with your equipment, the manufacturer will stand with us to get it fixed.
