  • Can you bench with this system

    Yes you can.  You would need a compatible bench to do so though as a bench is not included with the power rack.  Some options for benches would be the Fully Adjustable Power Zone Utility Bench or the Body Power Multi-Purpose Adjustable Fitness Weight Bench.

  • Are all the attachments in the photo PBC5380 included in the price?

    Yes, the price includes all the attachments pictured which includes 2 J-Hooks, 2 Safety Bars and 2 Dip Handles.

  • How tall is this system?

    The PBC5380 is 85" tall or just over 7 ft. 

  • What weight capacity does this rack have? How much weight can it support?

    The BodyPower PBC5380 Deluxe Power Rack Cage System has a maximum weight capacity of 500 lbs.  The maximum user weight capacity, which would be when using the pull-up bars is 300 lbs.  This includes any weights being added as resistance for the pull-ups.

  • How much room is on the inside of the cage ? What are the dimensions from post to post? Just making sure there Is enough room to do squats?

    The cage is 20 inches deep and 40 inches wide.
