We here at Sunburst Fitness Supply are actively monitoring the rapidly changing conditions around the coronavirus pandemic. As we face this unprecedented crisis, please know that we are doing everything we can to ensure our staff and customers are protected.
We are able to do much of the day to day work of the store online so there will be no interruptions to your ability to shop. However, as things unfold, there is the potential for different shipping warehouses to be closed down. This could lead to delays on orders that are unfortunately beyond our control. For that reason, we are expanding our order refund policy. If you place an order and the warehouse your order is scheduled to ship out of needs to be closed prior to shipping, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order for a full refund. For orders that are delayed by a warehouse closure that we are not already aware of, we will include a free gift card as our apology for the delay.
As of the time of this blog post, we currently can not ship out any Body-Solid, Powerline, Best Fitness or Endurance products. The warehouse those ship out of had to shut down. (Updated: 4-1-20) We are currently estimating at least a 3 - 6 week delay in shipping these products. You are welcome to still order these brands and they will be shipped as soon as possible.
All other orders are also being affected by increase volume and will require up to 2 weeks to process instead of the normal 2 - 3 days. We are still working as hard as we can to get all orders out as quickly and safely as possible.
We hope you all remain safe and continue to practice social distancing until such time as the covid-19 pandemic has subsided. If we all do our part, we can minimize the impact and hopefully resume our normal lives again quicker.

Spring is starting to peek in (at least where I live) and it’s so exciting.
It also means things are opening back up, including gyms! If you’re excited to get back into it, it’s vital to know about any mobility or flexibility issues you may have before you do. Jumping back into exercise without knowing if you’ve got full range of motion can lead to injuries.
That said, let’s talk about mobility and flexibility!
