* 12/8/20 Update: Most items listed as in stock now ship within standard processing times. Where applicable, we have noted lead times for some products that could take a little bit longer to ship currently. We add these to product descriptions as we become aware of the lead times. In this time where products go out of stock as quickly as they come back in stock, we felt this a better option than trying to open up stock when suppliers receive it. In most cases, by the time the stock is received, it is already allocated to existing preorders.
In the case of items we can not obtain any time in the near future, we have that product showing as "Not available". We are also trying to hide as many of these unavailable products as possible in order to make it easier to find the products that can ship within a reasonable timeframe.
As most of you are probably aware, shipping and processing times can be all over the board right now due to COVID-19. In order to eliminate as many questions on shipping times as possible, we have compiled an estimate for all brands we carry. These estimates will be updated here as we receive new information and are the time from placing your order to the order shipping. Once each order ships we will provide tracking as soon as we can. In some cases, this could be delayed though due to reduced staff.

Please note that these shipping times are just estimates and the effect COVID-19 is having on these times is very fluid. We will do our best to update these as we become aware of changes. These times are also based on items being in stock. While stock is being produced and shipped, we do not always have knowledge of when more will be available. Orders hold a place in line for product nationwide. Inventory is not guaranteed by the time your order reaches packing stage.
We do our best to keep track of which items are sold out but due to large queues all competing for the same pool of products, there could be some discrepancies in what we believe to be available and what ends up being available as orders are processed.

If you will notice, we are not saying that shipping times are what is being affected. It is processing times. The fitness equipment industry has had an overwhelming amount of demand due to COVID. This has led to some brands getting backlogs in their processing queues. That is what is being reflected here. As for not experiencing shipping delays because of COVID, you have been lucky. While they have not been extremely common, they are happening along with shipments being mysteriously “lost” by carriers and other such incidents.
When we do not have products to ship, we state so within the description as far as when they will be back. IF we even allow purchases to continue on the product, they get flagged as back-ordered with the cart. We also have stated within this post that these times apply to items that are in stock. Out of stock items can have longer processing times and we reach out to customers when we do end up with an item running out of stock to give the option to wait or cancel.
I understand the delays can be frustrating but we are doing our best to get everyone’s equipment out as quickly as possible.
I am not sure how much CoVid-19 is playing on shipping or you dont have the product to ship.
We have did online shopping for months while CoVid and have not experience shipping delays because of Covid .Ups and USPS still working!

Spring is starting to peek in (at least where I live) and it’s so exciting.
It also means things are opening back up, including gyms! If you’re excited to get back into it, it’s vital to know about any mobility or flexibility issues you may have before you do. Jumping back into exercise without knowing if you’ve got full range of motion can lead to injuries.
